6. If equipped with ES Option, remove and clean
ES filter located inside recovery tank.

7. Replace drain hose plug and ES filters
securely after draining.
DRAINING AND CLEANING SOLUTION TANK
1. Push machine next to a floor drain or sink.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface and turn off
machine.
2. Remove solution tank drain hose from hose clip
(Figure 47).

3. Release retainer tab on hose plug and pull out
plug while holding hose up (Figure 43).

4. If equipped with ES Option, hinge open recovery
tank to access solution tank. Lift solution tank
cover and flush out solution tank with clean water.
Rinse filter at bottom of solution tank (Figure 49).
NOTE: Do not use water hotter than 60 ° C (140 ° F) or
tank damage may occur. Do not use steam to clean
tank.

5. Replace drain hose plug securely after draining.
