5 CONTROLS
5.2.H.6 WATER TEMPERATURE SCREEN____________________________________
If the temperature increases to 108°C, the red LEDs (A) flash at a rate of two
flashes every four seconds. The warning buzzer will activate at the same rate
and the “High Engine Temperature” warning replaces the centre icons and
flashes. Press the button below the check mark to remove the warning. The
red LEDs will flash and buzzer will continue until the temperature has
decreased to less than 108°C. When the temperature reaches 110°C, the lift
and lower function is disabled and the power take off is disengaged. The
engine will stop at 115°C.
This fault is recorded. Information stored is:
1. Coolant-Temperature at more than maximum limit.
2. Date.
3. Time.
4. Engine Hours.
5. Time at more than 110°C.
6. The Temperature reached during the fault.
Symbol Description
The fuel sensor controls the left-side bar graph on the main screen
When the fuel level has decreased to the 25%, the icon below will start to flash.
When the last two bars are visible, a larger icon will replace the centre icons and flash. The LEDs will
flash five times every five seconds.
The Water temperature is shown by the right-side bar graph on the main screen. Normal operating
temperature is 85°C
If the temperature increases to 110°C, red LEDs will start to flash. The temperature alarm symbol will
replace the centre icons and flash. The alarm buzzer will activate every four seconds. The Blades will
stop, the lift and lower function is locked. If the water temperature reaches 115°C, the engine will stop.
The Parking brake icon indicates that the parking brake is engaged. If the operator leaves the seat and
does not apply the parking brake, it will engage after three seconds.
Indicates the condition of the PTO
The hydraulic filter icon will not record a fault until the hydraulic oil is at operating temperature. When the
filter needs to be changed, red LEDs will flash every five seconds. An audible warning will activate for
1second every 5 seconds
If the engine oil pressure is low, this icon is shown. The red LEDs will start to flash and a larger icon will
replace the centre icons and flash. An audible warning will activate every four seconds. If the engine is
operated after this warning, an oil-pressure fault is recorded.
Information stored:
1.Low Engine Oil Pressure, 2.Date, 3.Time, 4.Engine Hours, 5.The length of time engine continued to run
after fault occurred.
The Hour meter shows, the total number of engine hours.
