5.2.H.7 BLOCKED CHARGE FILTER SCREEN_________________________________
The charge filter icon will not record a fault until the hydraulic oil is at operating
temperature. When the filter needs to be replaced, red LEDs will flash every
five seconds. An audible warning will activate for 1 second every 5 seconds
The following information is recorded for this fault occurrence.
1. Charge filter with a blockage.
2. Date.
3. Time.
4. Engine Hours.
5. The length of time engine continued to run after fault occurred.
5.2.H.8 SLOPE WARNING SCREENS ________________________________________
When TST is installed, the slope warning screens are visible.
If the machine is driven on a slope of more than15º, this screen is shown. This
warning replaces all other information and will continue until the machine is
driven to an area of less than 16º
If the slope angle reaches 18º, the screen shows this warning. The cutting units
will stop and the deck lift and lower is disabled. An audible warning is given,
the buzzer will activate four times every 4 seconds and the red LEDs will flash
four times every 4 seconds. The warning continues until the machine is driven
to an area of less than 16º.
If the slope angle reaches 22º, the screen shows this warning. The cutting units
will stop and the deck lift and lower is disabled. Red LEDs will flash and a
continuous warning will activate. The warning continues until the machine is
driven to an area of less than 16º.
