3.6.1 Operation mode (MODE)
Programming:
Syntax: ":MODE CC"
":MODE CP"
Assumption: The laser diode output is switched off.
Description: Changes the mode of operation. Sets the laser diode current, the
photo diode current and the optical power to default values.
Reading:
Syntax: ":MODE?"
Response: [:MODE CC]
[:MODE CP]
Description: Queries the mode of operation.
3.6.2 Laser diode polarity (LDPOL)
Programming:
Syntax: ":LDPOL CG"
":LDPOL AG"
Assumption: The laser diode output is switched off.
Description: Switches the laser diode polarity. Sets the laser diode current, the
photo diode current and the optical power to default values.

Syntax: ":LDPOL?"
