3.6.17 Temperature (only AD590) (TEMP)
Programming:
Syntax: ":TEMP:SET <NR3>"
Valid Range: Depends on the instrument type.
Default Value: 25 °C
Assumption: The temperature sensor is set to AD590.
Description: Sets the TEC temperature. Unit: [°C].
Reading the set temperature:
Syntax: ":TEMP:SET?"
Response: [:TEMP:SET <NR3>]
Assumption: The temperature sensor is set to AD590.
Description: Queries the programmed temperature. Unit: [°C].
Reading the minimum temperature:
Syntax: ":TEMP:MIN?"
