This configuration has four axes:
● Axis 1: Front to back
● Axis 2: Left to right
● Axis 3: Vertical
● Axis 4: Approach
Axis 1 and Axis 2 have motorized linear stages only. Axis 3 has a motor and a
150 μm piezo element. Axis 4 has a 150 μm piezo element with no coarse
motion.
