The query CALCulate:AVERage:ALL? returns the arithmetic mean (average), standard deviation, minimum and
maximum values of all measurements taken since the last time the statistics were cleared.
The query CALCulate:AVERage:ALL? do not return the counts and peak-to-peak statistics.
The other six queries listed above return a single value.

Description: Enable or disable statistical calculations

CALCulate:AVERage[:STATe]?

Description: Clear all calculated statistics: minimum, maximum, average, peak-to-peak, count, and standard
deviation.
