5Vdcand12Vdcsupplies,thesystemtriggersthefault.

2.Disconnectthebatterypackfor30seconds.RefertoDisconnectingtheBatteryPack(page17).
3.Connectthebatterypack.RefertoConnectingtheBatteryPack(page17)
4.Startandoperatethemachine.RefertotheeFlexOperator’sManual.

Step3:Checktheelectricalconnectorsandcomponentsfordamageorwear.

2.Removetheconsolecover.RefertoConsoleCover(page19).
3.Removethepowercentercover.RefertoPowerCenterCover(page20).
4.Inspectthewireharnessesfordamageandwear.RefertoInspectingtheWireHarnessesandComponentConnector

5.Repairorreplaceanywornordamagedpart(s).
6.Ensurethatallthewireharnessconnectorsareconnectedproperly.
7.Connectthebatterypack.RefertoConnectingtheBatteryPack(page17).
