ConditionsforSettingtheFault
TheTEC-2401checksandthenmonitorsforpropervoltage.Ifthe12Vdcoutputisnotmaintainingregulation(i.e.,dropping
below10.65Vdc),thesystemtriggersthefault.
Note:Themostlikelycauseforthisfaultisashortcircuitofthe12Vdcsupplyline.

2.Disconnectthebatterypackfor30seconds.RefertoDisconnectingtheBatteryPack(page17).
3.Connectthebatterypack.RefertotheConnectingtheBatteryPack(page17)
4.Startandoperatethemachine.RefertotheeFlexOperator’sManual.

Step3:Remove2accesscoverstoaidtroubleshooting.
Performingthesestepsprovidesaccesstoconnectorsonthewireharnesses.
1.Removetheconsolecover.RefertoConsoleCover(page19).
2.Removethepowercentercover.RefertoPowerCenterCover(page20).
Step4:Useamultimetertoperformvoltage,continuity,andshortcondition
checks.
