ConditionsforSettingtheFault
TheTEC-2401checksandthenmonitorsforpropervoltage.Ifthe5Vdcoutputisnotmaintainingregulation(dropping
below4.91Vdc),thesystemwilltriggerthefault.

Step1:Verifythatthefaultrepeats.
1.CleartheInfoCenterfaultlog.RefertoClearingtheInfoCenterFaultLog(page19).
2.Disconnectthebatterypackfor30seconds.RefertoDisconnectingtheBatteryPack(page17).
3.Connectthebatterypack.RefertoConnectingtheBatteryPack(page17).
4.Startandoperatethemachine.RefertotheeFlexOperator’sManual.

stepslisted.

fullblock,connectthebatterychargertothebatterypackandchargethebatterypacktoatleast40%capacity.
Step3:Remove2accesscoverstoaidtroubleshooting.
Performingthesestepsprovidesaccesstoconnectorsonthewireharnesses.
1.Removetheconsolecover.RefertoConsoleCover(page19).
2.Removethepowercentercover.RefertoPowerCenterCover(page20).
Step4:Useamultimetertoperformvoltageandcontinuitychecksforthespeed
controlposition-sensorpotentiometer.
