CircuitDescription
Themaincontactorconnectsthebatterypackandtheelectricmotor.TheTEC-2401circuitrymonitorsthevoltageatseveral
locationstoensurethecontactorisworkingproperlyandthevoltageiscorrecttoallcomponentsforoperation.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
TheTEC-2401checksandthenmonitorsforpropervoltage.Ifthebatterypackvoltageisnotreachingtheminimum33
Vdc,thesystemwilltriggerthefault.
TheTEC-2401conrmsthatthecontactorvoltagedropssufcientlyduringthedischargeprocessandrisessufcientlyduring
thepre-chargeprocess.Failureofeitherprocesswilltriggerafault.

1.CleartheInfoCenterfaultlog.RefertoClearingtheInfoCenterFaultLog(page19).
2.Disconnectthebatterypackfor30seconds.RefertoDisconnectingtheBatteryPack(page17).
3.Connectthebatterypack.RefertoConnectingtheBatteryPack(page17).
4.Startandoperatethemachine.RefertotheeFlexOperator’sManual.
