waterandpermanentethyleneglycolantifreeze.Check
thelevelofthecoolantatthebeginningofeachday
beforestartingtheengine.
CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,thepressurized,
hotcoolantcanescapeandcauseburns.
Donotopentheradiatorcapwhentheengine
isrunning.
Usearagwhenopeningtheradiatorcap,and
openthecapslowlytoallowsteamtoescape.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Checkthecoolantlevel(
Figure28).Itshouldbe
betweenthelinesonthereservetankwhenthe
engineiscold.

ethyleneglycolantifreeze.Donotoverll.

Beforeoperatingthemachineeachday,checklevelof
thehydraulicuidinthewhiteplasticwindowonthe
frontofthehydraulicuidreservoir(behindtheseat
ontheleftside).Theuidshouldbeuptothefull
lineinthewindow;ifnot,addanappropriateuidas
describedinthefollowingsections:
RecommendedHydraulicFluid
Themachinesreservoirislledatthefactorywith
approximately5.5gallons(20.8l)ofhighquality
