Note:Ifyouwishtoreducethemaximummachine
speed,setthespeedforbothcontrolleversasdirected
below,thenbackeachstopboltoutanequalamount
towardthecontrolleveruntilyoureachthemaximum
speedyoudesire(youwilllikelyhavetotestyour
adjustmentseveraltimes).Ensurethatthemachine
drivesstraightanddoesnotturnwhenbothcontrol
leversarepushedallthewayforward.Ifthemachine
turns,youdonothavethestopboltsevenlysetandwill
needtoadjustthemfurther.
1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedpositionandsettheparking
brake.
2.MovethethrottlelevertotheSlowposition,stopthe
engine,removethekey,andwaitforallmovingparts
tostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Removetheboltssecuringthefrontpaneland
removethepanel(Figure53).
