youleavethemachineunattended.
•Allowtheenginetocoolbeforestoringthemachine
inanyenclosure.
•Shutoffthefuelbeforestoringortransportingthe
machine.
•Neverstorethemachineorfuelcontainerwhere
thereisanopename,spark,orpilotlight,such
asonawaterheateroronotherappliances.
•Keepallpartsofthemachineingoodworking
conditionandallhardwaretightened,especially
blade-attachmenthardware.
•Replaceallwornordamageddecals.

StorageLanyard
Usethecutting-unitstoragelanyardstopreventthe
forwardoutercuttingunitsfromsettlingwhenthe
machineisparkedovernightorifitisbeingstoredfor
anextensiveperiod.Youcanalsousethecutting-unit
storagelanyardstopreventthecuttingunitsfrom
oatingwhilethemachineistransportingbetween
mowingtasks.
