CasterWheelBearingInstallation
1.Installnewbearings(bearingsmayhaveaslightpresst).
Note:Thebearingsaresealedanddonotrequiregrease/lubrication.They
mayalsohaveaslightpresst.
2.Installthespannerintothecasterwheel,theninstallfeltwashersanddust
capsoverthecasterbearings.
3.Placethecasterwheelinsideofthecasterfork,aligningthespannerwith
theholesinthecasterfork.
4.Installtheboltandnutandtorqueto44±7N•m(32±5ft-lb).
5.Lowertheunitandverifyproperfunction.
6.Installnewbearings(bearingsmayhaveaslightpresst).
7.Connectthebatterybyinstallingthepositivecablerst,thenthenegative
cabletothebattery.
LeftConsoleReplacement
LeftConsoleRemoval
1.ParkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengagethePTO.Stoptheengine,
waitforallmovingpartstostop,andremovekey.Engagetheparkingbrake.
2.Disconnectthebatterybyremovingthenegativecablerst,thenthepositive
cablefromthebattery.
3.Removethe3(T30)shoulderscrewsfromtheleftconsole.
