Remove steering wheel from seat plate. Remove
screw and cap from steering wheel (Fig.1).
Remove jam nut from steering shaft. Make sure
foam seal is on steering shaft (Fig.1). Slide steering
wheel onto steering shaft.
Secure steering wheel to shaft with jam nut and
tighten it to 10-15 ft-lb.
Mount cap to steering wheel with screw.
