Starter Motor Fails to Turn
Possible Cause Correction
Power not reachin

Starter switch malfunction Check switch usin

a volt/ohmmeter set for resistance. Ensure
that there is continuity when the switch is depressed.

ine has seized Verify that the en

Starter motor has failed If all the above conditions are checked and the starter still fails to
turn, it must be repaired or replaced.
