RemovingaRear3-Point
Attachment
1.Parkthemachineandattachmentonalevel
surface.
2.Lowertheattachmenttothelevelsurface.
3.Engagetheparkingbrakeandshutoffthe
engine.
4.Removethetoplinkfromtheattachment(Figure
29).
5.Removethedraftlinksfromtheattachment
(Figure29).
6.Removethepinsfromtheswaylinks.
7.Starttheengine,disengagetheparkingbrake,
andslowlydrivethemachineawayfromthe
attachment.
UsingtheHydraulicPorts
WARNING
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressure
canpenetrateskinandcauseinjury.Seek
immediatemedicalattentionifuidisinjected
intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgically
removedwithinafewhoursbyadoctor.
•Ensurethatallhydraulic-uidhoses
andlinesareingoodconditionandall
hydraulicconnectionsandttingsaretight
beforeapplyingpressuretothehydraulic
system.
•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrom
pinholeleaksornozzlesthateject
high-pressurehydraulicuid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks;neveruseyourhands.
CAUTION
Hydrauliccouplers,hydrauliclines/valves,
andhydraulicuidmaybehot.Ifyoucontact
hotcomponents,youmaybeburned.
•Weargloveswhenoperatingthehydraulic
couplers.
•Allowthemachinetocoolbeforetouching
hydrauliccomponents.
•Donottouchhydraulicuidspills.
