Reattach the flywheel brake system.

Clean the crankshaft and flywheel hub and
install the flywheel (see flywheel installation,

7-8).
Install the carburetor and governor
assembly (see page
5-11).

Install the starter and shroud assembly and
starter handle (see page

Reconnect the fuel lines and electrical
system leads.
Test run the engine.
