(1) Take off the original glass.

(2) Remove 1 screw and take off the CIS home
position sensor with the bracket.

(3) Release 2 latches, take off the CIS home
position sensor, release the harness from
harness clamp and disconnect 1 connector.

(1) Take off the scanner top cover.

(2) Remove 1 screw and take off the sensor with
the bracket.
(3) Disconnect 1 harness clamp and 1 connec-
tor.
