6. Check the box of data that you uploaded a backup file and
click [Restore].
• The restore process begins. This procedure may take several min-
utes.
Deleting the Data from Local Folder
An administrator can delete information such as, scanned data, transmission data, and reception
data that are stored in the local folder using the Save as file function. It is recommended to
delete the stored data periodically to maintain the hard disk.
Deleting data
1. Access TopAccess in the administrator mode.

2. Click the Maintenance menu and Delete Files submenu.
• The Delete Files submenu page is displayed.
