This parameter is used to set the pulse-count threshold value
used to trigger the discrete output COUNT1 (ON Timer).
COUNT1 (ON Timer) outputs a 1 upon reaching the threshold
setting of this parameter.

tions listed in Table 11 on pg. 256, Table 12 on pg. 257, or Table
14 on pg. 260.
