fmod : Frequency setting mode selection 1
f207 : Frequency setting mode selection 2
Function
If the frequency command value specified using
fmod (or f207) almost agrees with the
frequency command value from the VIA terminal with an accuracy of
the setting of f167, an ON
or OFF signal will be sent out.
