  If you've forgotten your password for your TP-Link Wireless Router, you have a few options. First, restore the modem router to its factory default settings; then, use the default username 'admin' (all lowercase) and the same 'admin' as the password to log in. Also, the default Wireless Password/PIN is printed on the product label of the Archer CR700. Finally, you can log in to the web management page and navigate to Basic > Wireless or Basic > Guest Network to retrieve or reset your password.

  To restore your TP-Link Wireless Router to its factory default settings, ensure the modem router is powered on. Then, press and hold the Reset button on the rear panel until all LEDs turn back on, and then release the button. Alternatively, log in to the web management page, go to Advanced > System Tools > Back Up & Restore, and click Reset. The modem router will restore and reboot automatically.

Also, open your IE browser, click the Tools tab, then Internet Options, and select 'Never dial a connection'. Click OK. If these steps don't work, restore your modem router’s factory default settings and reconfigure your modem router.
