Map the VLANs 1-100 to Instance 1:
TL-SL2428(config)# spanning-tree mst configuration

Disable Instance 1, namely remove all the mapping VLANs 1-100:

TL- SL2428(config-mst)# no instance 1
Remove VLANs 1-50 in mapping VLANs 1-100 for Instance 1:
