l Using a no. 38 spanner, remove the plug. Clean the plug
l Discard the O-ring
l Discard the spring and poppet assembly
l Using a 5 mm Allen key, remove the four socket head cap screws on the top cover
l Remove the top cover from the body
l Discard the gasket
l Push the piston assembly from below
l Discard the piston O-ring
l Clean the piston. Coat the piston with food-grade grease. Reassemble the piston assembly with a new O-ring. Coat the
piston O-ring food-grade grease before assembly
l Discard the O-ring (10 mm * 2.62 mm) inside the valve body
l Reassemble the exhaust valve with new components in place of the discarded ones
l Replace the plug
