3.6 Replacing the Platen Roller Assembly
1. Open the printer top cover
then open the print head
mechanism.
2. Remove the lower front
panel.
3. Disengage the platen holder tabs by pulling out the right side and left side tabs.
Rotate the tabs into the forward position. (see picture below)
Unhook the both sides of
platen holder tabs.
Rotate the both sides of tabs into
this position.
4. Take out the platen roller
assembly.
5. Reassemble the parts in the
reverse procedure.
