Why is my TSC TTP-245 not printing on the label?

Why is the print quality poor on my TSC TTP-245?
Poor print quality on your TSC Printer can occur if the top cover isn't closed properly. Ensure the top cover is completely closed and that both the right and left side levers are properly latched. Other causes can be related to the need to clean the thermal print head, or to adjust the print density setting. It may also happen that the ribbon and paper media are not compatible.
