3.3 Replacing the Platen Roller Assembly
1. Open the printer top cover and remove the lower front cover.
2. Take out the platen roller assembly from the lower inner cover by pressing on the
right side and left side holder tabs of platen.
4. Replace a new platen roller assembly.
5. Reassemble the parts in the reverse procedures.
