2.5.4.6 TAP configuration
This setup configures the unit to be in full tapping mode on FPGA ports 1-6. All packets received on FPGA ports 1-6
are sent to the Host PC via a TCP server.
The setup sets the FPGA packet aggregation delay to zero.
This setup sets the roles for T1 ports 1-4 to Slave. The transmit sources for all ports are set to tap_rx, and the
capture sources to phy_rx.
2.5.4.7 PcapNG Player PG PTP (Master)
Playing back a pcapng file can be achieved by using a USB stick that is formatted to any of the following formats:
• FAT32
• F2FS
• ext2/3/4
Any pcapng files to be played back should be copied to this device and they should have the pcapng suffix so that
the player can find them. After inserting the USB stick into any of the available USB ports of the unit, refreshing the
page will cause the unit
to search for pcapng files on any USB mass storage device plugged in and show them in a list as illustrated below.
