Preserving the ribbon cassette
To ensure a long life for your cassette and optimum
performance from your TVS Proton,
1. Keep the new ribbon cassette in its packaging untill you
are ready to install it.
2. Remove the ribbon and TVS Inkbank only if necessary.
3. For best result, always use genuine TVS-E recommended
ribbons and Inkbanks.
4. Once the Inkbank is removed from the packing carton,
place it into the ribbon cassette as early as possible, since
the ink might dry up.
Caution : Be careful not to touch the Printhead, it may be
HOT!
