Power supply problems
Printer power switch is ON, but light on the front panel
remains OFF
Turn off the printer, and make sure the power cord is
firmly plugged into the electric outlet and the printer. For
more information, see chapter 5.
Make sure the adaptor is properly connected to the
printer.
Now turn ON the printer.
The control panel lights come ON briefly and go OFF
1. Check the printer and outlet voltage ratings.
2. If the voltage does not match, unplug the printer
immediately and contact your dealer.
Warning:
Do not reconnect the power cord to an electric outlet that
has the wrong voltage for your printer.
