the problem using the Troubleshooting information, contact
customer support services for assistance.
We will be able to help you much more quickly if you give us
the following information:
Printer model
Serial number of your printer (the serial number is on the
back of the printer)
Brand and model of your computer
Printer software version
Window version software applications you normally use
with the printer and their version numbers
