6.8.3.2. Take out shaft sleeve and woodruff
key.
6.8.3.3. Balancing driven Gear (Disassembly
and assembly).
6.8.3.3.1. Dismantle circlip, washer, disc
washer, flat washer in turn;
6.8.3.3.2. Take out balancing driven gear,
two springs, two buffer rubber
bushing
6.8.3.3.3. Check spring for break and
damage;
Check rubber bushing for hardening
damage and deformation;
Check driven gear hub for wear;
Check driven gear for damage or
wear.
6.8.3.3.4. Apply engine oil on matching
face between gear and hub.
6.8.3.3.5. Install buffer rubber bushing on
corresponding position on the
hub.
6.8.3.3.6. Install driven gear onto the rub.
6.8.3.3.7. Install buffer spring into gear
6.8.3.3.8. Install washer, disc washer,
washer, circlip in turn according
to sequence shown in figure
Note
Disc washer concave face shall be
directed toward driven gear.
