This page can also choose whether to display the time, the channel in the screen. This
selection forced in the sub-stream and playback, not real-time preview effect.
Covered area settings：For sensitive areas, such as password keyboard area, you can set
cover. There are four block areas; you must check the corresponding number in the channel
settings page, click [Settings] button, before beginning to set. After entering the setup
screen, shielded area will show in accordance with the serial number checked, then
respectively provide, and click [save] to take effect.
5.6.4 IPC encoding settings
Note: This page setup feature is only for IPC access by private agreement.
Encoding settings page contains main stream, sub stream parameter settings for each
video channel. Among them, the main stream and sub-stream can be set separately,
