CALLING
There are two ways to call: by voice telephone or by text tele-
phone. Text telephone is another name for a minicom. A voice
call using the Uniphone 1150 is the same as with any tele-
phone: pick up the handset, dial, and listen for a ring or
engaged signal. A text-telephone call is the same as any text
telephone: dial a telephone number and wait to read a response
on the display.
