This document supports Dual, Triple, and Quad Span Feeder Assemblies (Dispensing Heads)
4. Run the end of the component tape along the inside of the component
lead conditioner bracket. Turn the component guard to continue
feeding tape.
5. Pull the pin and open the chute on the feeder.

6. Feed the tape into the feeder and engage one pin on the feed wheel.
7. Close the chute and reinsert the pin.
8. Push the air cylinder manual release button causing the feeder to
extend. Push the button as many times as is required until a component
is inserted into the carrier clip.
9. Remove the component from the carrier clip.

Loading Components Into The Reel Bin Holder
Assembly
This section describes the procedure for loading new component reels or
ammo packs into the reel bin holder.
It is important to properly load the components to minimize the damage to
component leads.
To load components into the reel bin holder assembly, perform the following
procedure.
