Lift the cover lever and remove the lower part of the cylinder cover.
 unscrew (in counter-clockwise direction) the plastic nut from the mixer.
 slowly and consistently pull the mixer (cooking part) out of the cylinder;
exercise great care to prevent accidental dropping and consequent
damaging of the mixer;






