after that each scraper must be very carefully inspected (checked the
state of the spring too);
remove the shaft sealing from the mixer (in the case, the shaft sealing is
cracked, worn or inelastic it has to be replaced by a new seal);
if you notice drops of ice cream mixture in the catcher, the shaft seal
must be replaced with a new one;
remove and inspect all seals. If the seals are cracked, worn or has lost
elasticity, it must be replaced with a new one;
all removed parts and cylinder must be cleaned in a mixture of water and
disinfection agent. While doing so, please pay special attention to
