Also, make sure ZERO was performed before LEARN, and that LEARN was not interrupted, with a stable gas flow during the process. Tune the valve for the application and use a sensor with a suitable range. Ensure a shielded sensor cable is used.

  If the pressure is not ‘0’ after ZERO PRESSURE CONTROL, it could be due to sensor voltage shifting, the system not being pumped to base pressure, sensor offset voltage exceeding ±1.4V, Safety mode being active, PRESSURE CONTROL not selected, or LEARN not being done. Wait until the sensor stabilizes before performing ZERO. Open the valve and bring the chamber to base pressure before performing ZERO. Replace the pressure gauge. Ensure the motor has power and refer to «Electrical connection». Select PRESSURE CONTROL mode. Perform LEARN.
