3. Before Your First Ride
3.01 Charge Baery
Our baeries come partially charged. Over time it could have slowly drained. Charge your baery for at least six hours for the rst time.
See Chapter 4.06 Baery & Charger, for all safety tips and usage guidelines.
Step 1 : Plug in charger
Use the baery key(s) from the toolbox to take out
your baery (see steps in chapter 4.06), or keep
the baery in the frame. Find the rubber protection
cap and peel it open. Connect the charger to the
baery.
To prevent electricity sparks, connect the
charger to the baery rst before you plug
the charger into the power socket.
Step 2 : Charge baery
Set your timer for six hours. The charger will show
a red light when charging the baery. When it turns
green, it’s fully charged. This will happen before the
six hours pass. Keep it charged while charging for
the rst time, so your baery life span is more ex-
tended. Next time charging, you can unplug when
the green light appears.
The chargers can get hot. This is consid-
ered normal behaviour.
