3. Before Your First Ride
The tires are pumped in our factory. They can deated in storage, so pump up your tires before your rst ride. All Electric Two’s have a
Presta (French) valve.
3.05 Pump tires
Make sure you have the correct pump or adapter for Presta. If not, you can get an
adapter at your local bike shop.
A wobble in the tire indicates that the innertube is placed incorrectly. This can cause
damage to the innertube, causing a at tire.
Step 1 : Locate and open the valve
Locate the valve inside the wheel and rotate it to a position where you can easily access it
with a pump. Unscrew the dust cap.
Open the Presta valve by loosening the top.
Step 2 : Pump tires
Place the pump over the valve and ll the tires between 3 and 4 bar.
Step 3 : Check tires
Check if the tires have the correct tension. You can do this puing your thumb on the tire
and your other ngers on the rim (gripping the wheel). Then press with your thumb to check
pressure. Spin the wheel to see if no wobbles show. A wobble can indicate that the tire is
incorrectly placed in the rim. If so, deate, adjust and inate again until it is gone. Put the dust
cap back on.
