The electric can be subjected to mandatory authorization for use and compulsory insurance, and you may be required to
carry a permit. All legal requirements regarding the bike’s conguration and as stated by the road trac licensing authority for
motor vehicles must be adhered to.
The manufacturer does not oer any kind of guarantee, warranty or liability.
Criminal consequences cannot be ruled out. For instance, causing negligent bodily injury may result in a legal oense.

Technical modications limit the bike’s proper functioning, and can lead to defects or the breakage of parts.
The motor and baery may become overloaded and overheat.
The brakes and other parts can become overworked.
Electric tuning is prohibited
Do not perform any technical modications on your electric. Manipulating the bike in any way to increase performance or speed
can lead to serious legal problems and consequences on your own safety.
Only replace faulty or worn parts by original replacements or replacements of similar specications. If non-original parts or
wrong specications are mounted this is considered ‘tampering’ and is to the responsibility of the user.

The electrical components have been solely designed and approved for use in electrically assisted bicycles, so-called electrics
or EPACs. They are not to be used for any other purpose. It is not permissible to use such a bike for competitions or commercial
purposes.
Intended use
When riding an electric, make sure that you are rst entirely comfortable with the starting characteristics of the bike. Practise
the start-up procedure, bike operation, and braking in a secure, unfrequented area without trac. If the Electric starts o
suddenly, accidents may occur.
Neither the bike nor the motor may be tampered with in order to increase the top speed or the performance of the Electric.
Even the use of purchased tuning kits or modifying the gear transmission is not permied.
Remember that braking distances are oen longer in damp or wet conditions. Extra care should always be taken in adverse
weather conditions.
Your electric bike’s brakes are more powerful than the electric motor. In dangerous situations, stop pedalling and gently brake
to come to a stop in a safe place.
During intense use, your electric bike’s hydraulic disc brake may become hot. Be careful, as this may result in a loss of braking
eciency
Regularly check the entire electrical system for damage, especially to cables, plugs, and housings. If the baery charger is
damaged, it must not be used until it has been repaired.
The Electric is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or
who lack the required experience and knowledge, unless supervised or aer having received instructions concerning the use
of the product from a person responsible for their safety.
Do not allow children to play near the Electric.
Do not modify any parts of the electrical system. Doing so may lead to system malfunctions and warranty loss. Additionally, the
bike may no longer be authorised for use on public roads.
Do not carry out any maintenance if you do not have the required knowledge or experience. If you have any questions or
concerns, reach out to Customer Care.
If replacement parts are needed, only use components ocially approved by Velorei BV.
This product has also been designed for operation in rainy weather. However, do not deliberately immerse it into water.
Do not clean the Electric with a high-pressure cleaner. If water gets into any of the components, operating problems or rusting
may be the result.
When transporting the Electric on a vehicle exposed to rain, remove the baery and store it in a safe place to stop it from get-
ting wet. Cover the baery compartment connection to keep water out.
