Torque
Tightening nuts and bolts requires some force applied in a circular direction, this is referred to as torque. Torque is measured in Newtons.
The exact torque in Newtons can be applied with help of a Newton wrench. See the torque chart below for the advised Newtons for the nuts
and screws on your bike.
Too much tightening will deform the threads or the parts. Too lile will mean the nut or screw will loosen with use. This can damage
components, or cause severe accidents.
