Terminal Screen Next Step
7. Once the transaction has processed, the
terminal screen will display whether the
transaction has been approved or declined.
Note: If a chip card was inserted and is yet to be
removed, a prompt will appear to remove the card.
The terminal will beep as a reminder if the card
isn’t removed.
8. The terminal will print a merchant copy of
the receipt.
9. The terminal will prompt for a customer copy
of the receipt to be printed or emailed.
For further information on emailing receipts refer
to section 6.6.
10. The Cash Out confirmation screen will
be displayed.
11. Select Done once the cash has been provided
to the cardholder.
Important: Always check the receipt to confirm the transaction has been approved.
