The drain is blocked.
There is an issue with the pressure sensor.
• Is the pressure switch operating
correctly.
• Check the vent pipe is not blocked.
• Assess the drains on site.
The inverter overload safety feature has
indicated something is preventing effective
maceration by the motor.
• Clear the blockage and clear the error.
• Check the running amps.
• Ensure the staff on site are made aware
of the machines capabilities and best
practice.
The lid seal is damaged if there is an air leak.
The lid seal has not inflated fully.
The pressure switch is not working correctly.
• Check the compressor is running.
• Check the pneumatics kit for leaks. Use a
manometer to measure and pressure drops
(include valves).
• Assess the integrity of the lid seal.
• If the previous checks are ok. Check the
pressure switch is operational and the
corresponding LED on the IFM terminal box.
There is an issue with the water supply.
The inlet pump is not operating correctly.
The water tank sensor is faulty.
• If the water tank is full, check the
capacitive senor.
• If the tank is empty check the isolation
valve is open.
• Check the inlet valve is switching on.
• Check water pressure (make estates
aware of issue).
