The inverter overload safety feature has
indicated something is preventing effective
maceration by the motor.
See page 2 for CYCLE WILL NOT START
Lid safety sensor not working correctly.
Issue with the inverter- (Check error codes
first).
Assess the electrical supply both to and
from the PSU and inverter. Repair if
necessary.
Check the continuity of the cables
coming from the inverter to the motor
and PCB.
Through the inverters viewing panel see
if a fault code is showing. Log the code
down and press reset. If issues persist
look at the back of this document
(appendix A) at the inverter error codes.
Check operation of the lid safety switch
sensor.
The motor is wired incorrectly (anti-clockwise
rotation).
The motor has been damaged.
Check for clockwise rotation of water by
interrupting the cycle and opening the
lid. This may indicate the motor has been
wired incorrectly.
Check the condition of the cutter blade,
if damaged replace.
If both of the above are fine check the
motor itself for damage.
Check the running Hz (should be 55 then
66 near the end of the cycle).
