Deodoriser reservoir is empty.
The deo pump has failed.
The pipework is compromised.
• Check the tank is full.
• Assess the pipework both to and from
the pump. Check for blockages.
• Check that the pump is working, replace
if necessary.
Misuse- Overloading via non-maceratable
products placed in machine.
Faulty diaphragm.
Blocked drain.
Faulty pneumatic assembly.
• Check that there is not excess gel/ wipes
or any other unwanted matter stopping
the hopper from clearing effectively.
• Check the display, if Blocked Drainis
stated on the screen go to page 2 and
follow the blocked drain checks.
• Check the diaphragm can inflate/deflate
effectively. Replace if necessary.
• Check that the pneumatics are operating
effectively. Repair/replace.
Damaged Diaphragm.
Dislodged 6mm nylon tubing- Pneumatic
Leakage.
Faulty compressor or 3/2 valve.
• Check the surface of the diaphragm for
splits, also check the diaphragm is seated
securely.
• Check that the tubing is fitted properly
into the female push-fits.
• If the above are both ok check the valves
and compressor are working.
