Safety
Ensure no clothing/body parts get caught in the PTO shaft
No-one should approach the PTO shaft until the machine has stopped
rotating. The tractor engine must be stopped, the ignition key removed
and the handbrake applied.
Danger: rotating machine parts
Children and unauthorised persons must never be allowed near the
machine. Only the operator is allowed near the machine.
Use the correct support for the machine
Your body could become caught!
Never work under the machine without using the correct support. The
tractor engine must be stopped, the ignition key removed and the
handbrake applied.
Your body could become caught
The machine mast never be uncoupled in the transport position. The
machine will become unstable and may overturn.
Ensure no body parts get caught in the transmission
Guards may not be removed or opened until the machine has stopped
rotating. The tractor engine must be stopped, the ignition key removed
and the handbrake applied.
