Refrigerator Damper
The unit uses a motorized damper control to
regulate air flow into the refrigerator compartment.
To access the refrigerator damper:
1. Remove ice bin assembly and ice maker,
(see ice bin assembly section, page 48 and ice
maker section, page 49).
2. Remove ice fan assembly, (see ice fan assembly
section steps 1-3, page 52).
3. Slide damper out of housing and disconnect
wiring harness.
4. Replace or repair as necessary.
5. Reverse procedure to reinstall.
WARNING
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power to unit using power
switch before servicing. Wires removed during disassembly must be replaced on proper terminals to insure
correct earth ground and polarization. After servicing, reconnect power using power switch.
